Given the fact that you were unable to wash my car due to technical issues of which I understand. My car was extremely clean inside the cabin on bringing the car into the dealership but what I would like to say is I was extremely unhappy with the state of my car inside particularly in the passenger footwell which I find hard to explain other than completely covered in bits of leaves and dust!. This resulted in me having to vac it all out on arrival back home. This is not how I would expect my car to be returned back to me after a full service and MOT!.

Money was missing after service, explanation was it could have gone up vacuum during cleaning, possible maybe.

Had some issues regarding item missing from vehicle and lights not working but was sorted out quickly by dealership. Jake was helpful and quick to rectify the issues with the car for me. Thanks to Jake and James for sorting out issues and making sure all was OK with the car.

Very pleased overall with relationship with the dealership. Always find the staff at MB Wolverhampton helpful and willing to please whenever possible. Like the way the customer is informed in a friendly way when appropriate.
