Friendly professional service

Denis, The Receptionist, Sharon & Debbie were so friendly, informative and effective in giving great customer service. It’s always a pleasure whenever I visit The Dealership Mercedez Benz in Wolverhampton.

Rohit was very good however was let down by the finishing and valet. They damaged a trim on the steering wheel, didn’t put back the user manual or log books, did not put back the locking wheel nuts either. I checked they were there the week before so didn’t check again on collection.

Jake Krneta was extremely helpful and very professional in his approach and together we found a car that was suitable for myself and within my budget. I would definitely recommend Lookers Mercedes Benz and also recommend Jake Krneta as the go to sales manager at this particular showroom!

I am seriously disappointed that a problem I have had with the car from new cannot be found, despite numerous attempts by your technicians as it's service records will show! I now need to know what my options are? My main concern is that if I decide to keep the car after the warranty expires, and a related breakdown occurs I will incur considerable rectification costs for what in my opinion would be as the result of an inherent defect!

My concerns were dealt with efficiently and professionally. Customer care was fantastic. I Have been a Mercedes Benz customer for years. Would always highly recommend !!
