A young man named Dal rung me to be fair it was myself who had changed my mind i will look into seeing if i can swap to a GLB at the end of year as mentioned to Dal he was pleasant & helpful over the phone is why i will go & see him 1st before i seek elsewhere i liked his attitude & mannerisms over the phone....
