Malcom who handled all of my quires was brilliant

First time using Mercedes Wolverhampton since it amalgamated with Walsall everything went smoothly collection of my vehicle and return after service no complaints. Still disappointed that the £200 Mercedes dash cam app doesn’t work correctly but have learned to live with it.

A pleasure to deal with Lookers from the first phone call onwards. My experience with a Birmingham Mercedes dealership has been awful. Would thoroughly recommend your company.

Car dropped off 8:00am returned at 16:00 to collect not ready had to wait an hour. Not washed or valeted again , this is the second time this has not been done although promised. Drove home to find stud/screw in the tyre although cannot say it was from dealership it meant new tyre had to be purchased & inconvenience was caused and no issues with tyres before dropping vehicle at dealership. Less than happy & disappointed as we have only had good experiences with this dealership hence why myself & husband both have Mercedes from this branch,

Malcolm was , as always, most professional and I personally would like to thank him fir his help not just on thus occasion but every time I attend MB .
