Visited Mercedes Benz of Wolverhampton on Sunday 13th April 2025, having considered a couple of models we settled on an outstanding looking (in our opinion of course) CLE 220d Premier Edition. Anthony was very pleasant, polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the car and its characteristics so a huge thank you to him, we would also like to mention Simon, Anthony’s boss for his care and attention also in getting us over the line so to speak in terms of a deal, thank you Simon. We would also like to thank the lovely lady on reception for her kind words and hospitality, we’re sorry we didn’t get her name unfortunately, perhaps the branch can check who was on duty that day and thank her on our behalf. We have been a Mercedes Benz customer for approximately 14 years and felt recently the overall experience had some what left us disappointed to a degree however on our latest visit it was clear things had improved which was a pleasant surprise.
