The service team were exceptional they fixed my front door glass that was poorly fitted by auto windscreens and wrote a report re the poor workmanship

Had come in with a list of complaints with a car recently purchased from the showroom itself. Did have a few customer service hiccup's initially but would say , did get a good customer service and the staff were open to help me.

My issue was resolved with my new car however the time waiting to drop or pick up keys is ridiculous.

Problem with opening of fuel filler flap, known problem with switch solenoid, replacement not available until July!!! Agreed for mechanism to be disabled, and flap to secured with tape as a temporary measure! This carried out by your service at short notice, otherwise my vehicle would have been disabled due too lack of fuel, which would then have created another problem as I would have required a courtesy vehicle until a replacement fuel filler flap switch became available!!! Not a good advertisement for Mercedes-Benz!
