Junaid Ashref was extremely helpful - guided me through my thinking on type of car I wanted. Helped me to access a test drive at another dealership. He followed up - great example of listening to customer needs. I found the colour I wanted but not with Lookers this time.

Anthony from the moment we walked into the showroom to the car being handed over was first class. He was personable and very attentive. I cannot say the same for the new/revised system Mercedes have introduced to purchase the car. Technology did not work, fortunately Anthony handled the alternative manual procedure very well.
