Rohit was very good. Car was give a very good valet although there are a few things that still need sorting, but hopefully this will done to my satisfaction

Excellent attention from the workshop staff. No reception staff present as usual, which would have made the experience much better.

I really want to single out Dylan Tyler. From our initial enquiry through to our test drive, Dylan was really helpful and enthusiastic. Even though he knew we were arranging the car through a salary sacrifice scheme at work, he still spent time with us, recognising that he represented Mercedes, rather than just ‘an immediate sale’. We were looking at three brands but because of Dylan, we’ve decided to go with Mercedes. He’s a credit to you.
