The actual service provided and collection was excellent but there should be a better system to drop off your car of a morning. Always takes 15 - 20 mins just to drop off keys. Fine Not the staff's fault as never seems anough advisers to cope. Other brand dealerships are more efficient in this respect.

Customer service was brilliant. John was genuine. He was so professional, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. He was not at all pushy or dismissive as some of the other dealership sale staff were. I have dealt with at least six Mercedes dealerships over the last few months and the customer service of the sale staff of at least three was extremely poor to say the least. As a result of this professionalism, my son will be contacting John regarding the purchase of a Mercedes. Keep treating everyone with respect John and hopefully you will go far.
