All fine after a long wait to see anyone at reception! Staff missing on that day I believe. I do wish the work could be carried out without changing all the positions on the drivers seat, the car doesn’t have a memory!

I have been looked after from the start, I have been a Mercedes customer for a number of years now. I had my car booked in for the garage, left with trading my car in for a new one ha! Had the health check emailed to me which detailed everything, this is always really useful. Test drove my potential new car for the day, which was a very nice drive. Salesman Rohit, a young lad who actually knew what he was talking about and very friendly, without being harassing. He presented me with different choices and for reassurance manager Simon checked things over, as Simon knows me well. I can say I left a happy customer.
