Fantastic service, very happy, thank you

The member of staff I dealt with Jack Poyner is an absolute credit to your store and to the brand. Nothing was too much trouble and he really went above and beyond , communication was quick and concise. This is my first dealing with Mercedes of Wolverhampton and Jack really made it a seamless process. Much better than my experiences with BMW of Wolverhampton.

From start to finish the process was made easy by Dylan Tyler, who is an excellent salesman. He gave me all the information I needed and being a woman I appreciated the fact that he addressed me and not my husband. The only downside was the Mercedes Benz online I.D. authentication process. Although being of mature years I use the internet for personal and business reasons but I found this process extremely frustrating and a waste of my and the dealerships time.
