Dylan at Mercedes Benz Wolverhampton has gone above and beyond expectation. There have been a few niggles with the car since taking ownership which none are Dylan’s fault, the main reasons for the faults have been because of the lack of attention to detail in the expensive prep of the vehicle. Mainly a leaking Airbag missed during the service and mot, was this car safe to drive and if not how did it pass a mot? These issues have now been resolved with Dylan being at the forefront with communication and delivering the car back to me out of hours! A*. I would definitely buy from Dylan again but would be unsure about the aftercare from the service team!
