From the offset when I was booking my service, Jack was great! He was friendly, polite and professional. He listened to and accommodated my needs by getting me an appointment earlier than what was being offered online. On the day, he delivered a great service, with my car being ready for collection ahead of time and Jack giving me a proper run through of what had been done and clearly explaining what the results of all the checks.

My request for an inspection, and assessment in respect of pothole damage sustained carried out promptly, and a written estimate for the repairs submitted the same day.

First time I’ve owned a Mercedes and was blown away with the service I received from start to finish. Made to feel extremely welcome and well looked after. Kept updated throughout the day and just massively pleased with everything.

Good overall impression of the showroom, unchanged for a few years. But very cold in there. I do feel for the Staff.

Booked service- received excellent customer care from reception- directed into lounge, offered a warm drink while waiting for our service attendant - Dennis, who was brilliant. Explained the process and jobs to be done and time to expect the vehicle. Also informed on service plan, which was a great advice. we took the plan . He promptly bood vehicle again for repairs that need attention.
