Booked service- received excellent customer care from reception- directed into lounge, offered a warm drink while waiting for our service attendant - Dennis, who was brilliant. Explained the process and jobs to be done and time to expect the vehicle. Also informed on service plan, which was a great advice. we took the plan . He promptly bood vehicle again for repairs that need attention.

Dennis at Mercedes Wolverhampton was excellent when we dropped the car in - he kept us updated throughout and advised us on a few things that needed addressing clearly, courteously and without unnecessary pressure. Dal was courteous and helpful. The car was handed over in pristine condition apart from two chips on the windscreen which the dealership have offered to replace free of charge at my home when the part arrives

Anthony was great and made me feel very comfortable. He was honest and was great at getting to know me. He did his best in finding me the right Mercedes and made the process stress free and enjoyable whilst taking time to explaining everything properly.
