Customer service was great hospitality of reception staff was also great. MOT results were fine. I would have liked the option for someone to collect my car as this took me out of work for 2hours plus and I had to carry my work laptop with me and there was not an area for me to sit without any distractions

Great service - way above average. Great communication - cannot be faulted. We will be changing our Range Rover to a Mercedes because of this!
