New handover / sales system is a bit fragmented compared to previous years. Multiple emails can confuse some clients. It really helps when making such a significant purchase to have all the information re quote, car and finance together as much as possible. Although I am happy with the team there were some system issues which significantly lengthen the vehicle handover appointment.

Think that if you replace parts on the vehicle it would be nice to see the old part that’s replaced with new and why and it would give your customer the reinsurance on the standards
