I was more than pleased with how courteously and efficiently I was dealt with at the dealership. I was provided with a warm drink and given regular updates on how matters were proceeding with my service and MOT. Both my current and previous vehicles were purchased from Mercedes Wolverhampton. I anticipate that my next vehicle will follow suit. Keep up the good work !!

I had to return to the dealership after a part was missing from the overall job for my vehicle but the service representative made me aware of this once I came to pick my vehicle up and said he would have to book me back in, I was slightly annoyed at this as it isn't convenient since Mercedes do not provide a courtesy car and if you want the pick up from home service there's a massive wait on booking dates. I then did ask if it was at all possible to have a courtesy vehicle and he did organise this for me somehow even though I know there is a shortage of courtesy vehicles. The level of service from the service dept has improved massively, I had previously always received a very poor negative experience for reasons I have shared and I am happy to share with the company again but the last couple times it seems to have gone in the right direction in my opinion. I think perhaps the staff have been spoken to or been retrained, whatever has been done it has reflected positively in the last 2 visits by myself. I do hope this continues as it is what I expect from Mercedes, I think if customers were looked after in a personalised premium way, Mercedes, without making any major changes, could easily be a few steps ahead of their competitors.... I know at least 4 people that are all looking at the same thing as me when choosing a vehicle, service is the number one thing and being made to feel special no matter what reason you're in the dealership for, service would almost be ahead of the vehicle itself when choosing a car. The reason for having to return to the Dealership was only to collect a SD card for the sat nav Whilst being grateful for the free wash and vac it’s rarely done to a standard I would be prepared to pay additional for
