I had a problem as an unidentified object was clipped by my nearside front wheel and hit the underside of my car. I went in to Lookers Mercedes on Monday 15th July, without an appointment. My car was inspected within 20 minutes and the damage identified. Parts were ordered and fitted by Wednesday 17th July - couldn't have asked for more in terms of prompt attention.

On arrival, I was somewhat harassed, but the cheerful greeting at the service desk (she always gives me a cheerful greeting) and somewhere quiet to work, meant |I left feeling relaxed, and content in the knowledge that the recall work on my car had been completed professionally. I would like to make an unusual request, could you give me the details of the office chairs in the work area provided for customers? I noted they were made by " Boss", the model would be useful.
