The Service Team were well prepared for the maintenance task and for providing me with the pre-booked loan car. The work was done swiftly, and the car cleaned ready for collection later the same day. Although now over 7 years old, it looked in showroom condition, and still runs beautifully. Thank you Mercedes of Worcester. Brian M Barber

Whist picking my car up from having an MOT Emily who I hadn't seen for approx 2years ,came out from the back office and chattered to me about her baby etc .I felt like I was known and valued,what a lovely lady a great asset to your dealership at worcester

I had a few garages look into why the EML light was coming on and how to fix it but all to no avail. I asked mercedes to check it out and they gave me a thorough picture of what the problem was. We discussed a plan to fix the issue and after the work involved was carried out the cost was fair and reasonable.

I was asked i I wished to wait for the error message to be reset and that it would be around an hour so I chose to wait. In fact it took 2.5 hours and whilst I had taken plenty of reading material this did not manage my expectations in advance. Luckily I managed to get away in time for my next appointment at least with a video of the vehicle inspection and a clean car and work competed without charge.
