Welcome was warm by staff, I was updated and given a timeline on what would happen while my car was in the garage. Some minor issues that I had raised were confirmed. Car was returned with all work carried out. Waiting area was clean, and had refreshments by the plenty!

It would be a 5 star but you were unable to clean and vac my car. However MOT and service is always great. Elaine on the service desk is amazing!!! Always polite, remembers who you are and great customer service manner! Keep her please!
