Simon Archer the Sales person was very responsive to my enquiry via the web and tried to help me with a purchase. Also when i called him on a few occasions the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Had a great experience but the car was sold and so far have not purchased a vehicle

Work carried out to a good standard and explained well beforehand. Value for money was not brilliant however I did get a discount on the work. If it had been full price it would have been 25% more expensive than an authorised Mercedes mechanic using the same parts.
