Great service on contact 14th March & follow up and booking for 19th. However today disappointed on 2nd visit as just handed bill and no explanation on charges and first time car not cleaned/washed before returning after work completed.

Ellie made the whole process so easy from start to finish! We was offered a test drive in the new electric (after initially going to purchase a diesel) and fell in love! Communication was excellent, after sales was great & the whole process took just over a week! 5* service.

Nicholas Chuter was a very knowledgeable and courteous salesman, not pushy and very helpful. The car sold itself to us really, very, very low mileage and presented immaculately. Very pleased with our 3rd Mercedes’ and will be using lookers again. Thankyou
