John Ayres was absolutely brilliant, he listened to what we wanted in terms of vehicle and budget, gave us endless options and suggested the best one for us which enabled us to purchase a brand new vehicle. Totally exceeded our expectations on the day right through to handover. 10/10. Hoping to continue this relationship which the brand and hope the great experience continues.

The car went in with various lights on the dashboard but within the day they managed to detect the problem but had to ring around for the necessary part. On securing it they pressed on and I was able to have my car back the next day.

Car in for MOT and from walking through the door to walking out everything was first class in all departments. Welcome Booking in Comfort of waiting area Car cleaning Etc all great.

Friendly and professional service, very good communication, easy to book. Only gave 4 stars because of the cost: £,1003 for a routine service for an A180d with no additional work is excessive even though the service (B at 40,000 miles) was a big one.

Excellent service. Car came back clean the engineer explained what they’re done.
