Connor was excellent with customer service but on a couple of occasions when Connor (and I guess others) were busy, the phone system says something along the lines of “we are all busy call back later…” No “leave a message and we’ll call you”?? You must be teeming with business! Also the valet service on the car could have been better.

Friendly staff (especially the lovely lady on reception who checked the car on upon arrival). Even though I had not booked the brakes in at the time of booking the service you were able to replace the front brakes and brake discs on the same day.

John Ayres was attentive throughout the handover and answered all questions asked

Good Service, disappointed on having to wait on part for Charging flap as I use the charging facility daily. Also didn't think the car was that clean as promised.
