I enquired about a car and they said on the phone they would call me back that day. They never called so i called back and he had no update for me so he would call on friday. I waited on friday for the call. But no call ever came. I went somewhere else in the end for my car and they eventually called me over a week later saying the car had sold.

Unfortunately I arrived the day the building work started to relocate the entrance door so I can only give 4 stars. The workmen were very helpful explaining the way in to the showroom.

I was unable to view the car but no one called me to discuss further.

Lucy in sales was friendly and helpful enough but her colleagues in the parts and service department are far less impressive, in fact not at all impressive. The person who collected the wrong car for me to have a 48 hour test drive in deserves a special mention also.

Mike Harris was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

I was disappointed, as I intended to purchase a E300hybrid AMG line but was told that I could not order at this time, it may be possible in December. I intended to pay cash but I wanted my car to be built in Germany. I have a Mercedes E350 e hybrid self charging vehicle which is valued at 21,000, I have a service contract and extended warranty plus a years subscription with the sat nav. I also have Mercedes cameras front and back, fitted by my dealer. I felt that my order was not taken seriously, as the car I intended to purchase is 85,000. Rev Roy Rogers.
