Having had three Mercedes over the yearsi would comment as follows; booking in by phone was excellent reception were courtesy as ever and very helpful as they have al;ways been. I did find the quality of the actual service not as impecable as before, reason one was the adblue top up had spilled out of the filler cap and dryed leaving residue inside the filler cap and outside. Second the top engine cover was loose on the left hand top corner so i removed this to refit only to find the spigot retainer had been broken off. I have a photo to show this if required, not wanting to bring my vehicle back ad be left without transport i retrofitted a plug to bring the remainder of the spigot and locate it in its required place so no vibration was evident, I have never experienced any issues before in all of the cars and services carried out by the team. I have passed this on as requested in your servay as you try as always to maintain your high standards, everything else was excellent as always.
