Regarding the continued delay in receiving the V5C registration document for the vehicle I purchased from your Worcester dealership on 12th August 2025.Two weeks after purchasing the car, I visited the dealership in person to enquire about the status of the V5C and was informed that the matter was “being looked into.” I returned again two weeks later and was told that the V5C transfer had already been completed and that my sales executive would contact the DVLA to confirm what was happening. However, I did not receive any update following that assurance, so I took it upon myself to contact the DVLA directly. When I spoke to the DVLA, I was informed that the registered keeper had not changed since the vehicle’s first registration in 2024.Since then, I have made multiple phone calls to the dealership and have repeatedly been told that my sales executive was with a client and would call me back. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, I have never received a call back. This ongoing lack of communication and delay is unacceptable and has caused considerable stress and inconvenience.

I was disappointed, as I intended to purchase a E300hybrid AMG line but was told that I could not order at this time, it may be possible in December. I intended to pay cash but I wanted my car to be built in Germany. I have a Mercedes E350 e hybrid self charging vehicle which is valued at 21,000, I have a service contract and extended warranty plus a years subscription with the sat nav. I also have Mercedes cameras front and back, fitted by my dealer. I felt that my order was not taken seriously, as the car I intended to purchase is 85,000. Rev Roy Rogers.

Further to our recent discussions and my previous complaint, I am writing to formally confirm that i am no longer interested in keeping the vehicle purchased from Lookers Mercedes-Benz Worcester on 28 October 2025.The discovery that the vehicle was sold to me without a valid MOT through the police has caused serious concern and completely undermined my confidence in your dealership. In light of this, I have informed the finance company of the situation and have requested that the finance agreement be cancelled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Section 75).Please treat this as my formal rejection of the vehicle and arrange to confirm next steps regarding its return or collection. I would appreciate written acknowledgment of this message and confirmation that you will liaise directly with the finance company to resolve the matter promptly.Yours sincerely,Vivian Osueke

I had the approval for 13% apr but the agent insisted that they could get an approval from their side for 11%. Unfortunately that got rejected and due to the delay my 13% preapproved loan offer expired.
