It was excellent.As a result of my last visit I have booked the car in for a service.Well done.

Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer any questions I had and was very patient. Unfortunately, although he helped me identify the model of Mercedes that I was looking for, he wasn't able to sell me a car as there was nothing suitable in the group at the time and I sourced one from another Mercedes group. I would have preferred to purchase via Will and to have purchased locally to home - it was a shame I couldn't do that.

I called in spontaneously as I work around the corner at Hindlip Hall. Been meaning to do so for some time. Saw a grey A class that took my interest, so popped inside to speak with someone.Was greeted by a lady on reception (light brown/blonde hair). Very friendly and introduced me to Ben Round who gave me an overview of the vehicle and explained the difference of levels trim wise, while letting me sit inside.We looked at finance options and spoke with Ed, business manager as well, very helpful.The only reason I didn't take the vehicle is simply because the price was a hit more than I wanted to pay, with My current vehicle 15months till the end of its contract, I felt I should wait until I have full equity available.Ben did show me alternative options, but I proffered the spec of the grey a class.I have advised Ben that I will check periodically and will come back closer to the end of my pcp with Mini, as do like the interior.Very happy with overall experience, they also offered me 1.5k of packages ie gap, insurances thrown into the offer, which was great value as free, but just could not justify the pcm for the A class currently, as dependent on my equity.I am reachable on liam4791@gmail.com if anyone wishes to contact me for further details
