Disappointed, there was no contingency option to save me having to drive the hour and a half to return to have the part replaced. Also not happy that the specification sheet for the vehicle has at least one error whereby a feature listed is not available in the car. I raised this on my visit to rectify faulty glove box and did not get the response I think the error deserves

Elaine on the service reception was particularly helpful and resolved an issue with my car registration plate that had not been fixed before. She kept me informed and a pleasure to speak to. All staff were courteous and professional.
