Car availability would be ideal as have to rely on family members to collect/drop off when car is in for service (weekend's) where I believe a car is available on week days

All good. The only slight grumble. The sunroof was full of moss. Which is one of the reasons I had to book it in. I’ve only had the car a short time. So perhaps it’s one that should have been checked prior to handover to me.

Excellent experience, my visit was regarding a recall concerning the airbags. All of the staff I spoke to were very welcoming and helpful. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and spacious with a good selection of hot and cold refreshments One of the rear number plate lamps has been working intermittently since the visit, ( had never had the error message before then) Possible water ingress during the wash I will fix this myself as I am some distance away, and have only mentioned it in order to give a full feedback.
