I was told that the job might take 4-4.5 hours but it was complete in 45 mins. When I collected the car I was told that this is because if the steering bolt snaps a new steering rack is required, hence the extended time. It would have been nice to know this before I walked nearly all the way into Worcester to then have to almost immediately walk back. Further, on the way home I had a fault - can’t measure Adblue level. Took it to my local independent mechanic who reset the system but also had to do a software update. Surely this should have been done at the dealership, or al least advised of such, before I collected the car.
