Although I didn't buy a car from Lookers Worcester, I felt the level of service I received from Kayleigh-Ann Rea was excellent and would definitely return when looking to buy a car in the future. Mike Harris did an excellent job in helping with my enquiry and providing a demo drive. Unfortunately he was not able to close the deal on a new CLA250e because his Business Manager would not increase the P/X on my A250e beyond £28000 despite the indicative valuation from Mercedes being £29400. I subsequently decided not to proceed and will be keeping my A250e for a little longer

The sales guy was extremely helpful but sadly the car we test drive had sold the evening before which he didn’t know about. There wasn’t another vehicle the same so we ended up purchasing from another Mercedes branch. Would consider Worcester in future though.
