Vehicle needs to go back for longer examination, but all covered under used approved scheme. Feedback from workshop excellent, booking bit impersonal not particularly friendly.

The overall experience on returning my old car and getting a new car was excellent and although they have a new arrangement the communication was superb. Mike H was really helpful throughout and kept me informed till the end.

Unfortunately the suitable vehicle was elsewhere and in the meantime we found another car.The salesman was very pleasant and not 'pushy' but we felt he did go into far much detail about things irrelevant to us at that stage.
