As expected, a professional customer service, especially as i believed my MOT test appointment was not until the following Saturday. I was hugely impressed by the way a member of staff called me at 10am on Saturday morning to remind me that arrangements had been made to MOT my car on this particular day..so I got my delightful A45 yellow night AMG taken care of superbly.
