Brandon and the principal Paul were amazing. They couldn’t have done anymore. Brandon is an asset to Mercedes. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

All good. The only slight grumble. The sunroof was full of moss. Which is one of the reasons I had to book it in. I’ve only had the car a short time. So perhaps it’s one that should have been checked prior to handover to me.

Only a trivial point - the car wash wasn’t very good, smears and not a gleaming finish you would expect!

Would like the thank everyone at mercedes-benz Worcester especially Simon Archer what a professional man in every sense of the word but I'm still waiting for my watch ⌚ and cap. I would 100% buy from you guys again .

Excellent experience, my visit was regarding a recall concerning the airbags. All of the staff I spoke to were very welcoming and helpful. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and spacious with a good selection of hot and cold refreshmentsOne of the rear number plate lamps has been working intermittently since the visit, ( had never had the error message before then) Possible water ingress during the washI will fix this myself as I am some distance away, and have only mentioned it in order to give a full feedback.

The service from the dealership is absolutely brilliant. Can’t fault the Service Dept.In my opinion, I think the level of service from the call centre handling my call wasn’t up to the same standard & to that expected of a premium brand.
