Not up to the usual standards. Saw that the coffee machine wasn't working but wasn't offered coffee until I'd been waiting there over 2 hours. Then kept waiting almost another hour while the car was being cleaned. It would have been nice to know how long things were going to take. Also the constant radio being played I found irritating - especially when the adverts went on interminably.
