Only a trivial point - the car wash wasn’t very good, smears and not a gleaming finish you would expect!

Would like the thank everyone at mercedes-benz Worcester especially Simon Archer what a professional man in every sense of the word but I'm still waiting for my watch ⌚ and cap. I would 100% buy from you guys again .

Excellent experience, my visit was regarding a recall concerning the airbags. All of the staff I spoke to were very welcoming and helpful. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and spacious with a good selection of hot and cold refreshmentsOne of the rear number plate lamps has been working intermittently since the visit, ( had never had the error message before then) Possible water ingress during the washI will fix this myself as I am some distance away, and have only mentioned it in order to give a full feedback.

The service from the dealership is absolutely brilliant. Can’t fault the Service Dept.In my opinion, I think the level of service from the call centre handling my call wasn’t up to the same standard & to that expected of a premium brand.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Happy with car but a little disappointed regarding interior seats . The drivers side bolster is shot. During the initial video of the car I asked the sales man to video all defects and the interior wasn’t shown, the bodywork is very good but a few of the running board rubber buttons are missing and a few are lifting out. Hopefully these items can be picked up under the warranty as I brought the car on line

All was fine, and my confidence with the brand has been restored! Well done all and many thanks!
