When service was booked I was advised there was a recall that was needed which took about 2 hours and would be done at the same time as the service, however my update from the garage was that it was a 2 day job and would need to be re-booked. Also I have a Double-Barrel Name so please don’t for your convenience use the 2nd half when referring to me and sending me the video, this is not my name, never has been my name and it is quite irritating and disrespectful. The work actually carried out seems to be OK, and the people I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked questions whilst there.

Great experience apart from having to wait so long until I could get my car serviced

service booking was polite & efficient but did not come across as particularly friendly. Detected some reluctance to collect & return vehicle but this was resolved and carried out in a friendly & efficient way on the day, as was the service itself!
