A good experience with coffee etc, BUT you could not supply a Bridgestone tyre I needed to pass the MOT. So, because it was late afternoon when you checked the tyres the day before the MOT your technical guy suggested I drive round Worcester at around 4pm trying to find a tyre. This is not what expect from you after 15+years as a loyal customer so, had to put two new Continental tyres on to pass the MOT even though I only needed ONE. This cost me an extra £150! Very poor this time and hope you improve for my service and, sort your tyre supplier to match the original tyres on my lovely 🚗 .

As expected, a professional customer service, especially as i believed my MOT test appointment was not until the following Saturday.I was hugely impressed by the way a member of staff called me at 10am on Saturday morning to remind me that arrangements had been made to MOT my car on this particular day..so I got my delightful A45 yellow night AMG taken care of superbly.'nuff respect. :-)By submitting my feedback, I hereby grant Reputation.com and Mercedes-Benz of Worcester the right to publish or share my response with other folk.
