Although I didn't buy a car from Lookers Worcester, I felt the level of service I received from Kayleigh-Ann Rea was excellent and would definitely return when looking to buy a car in the future. I will also likely be bringing my car to Lookers for servicing when it is due next year based on my experience.

Mike Harris did an excellent job in helping with my enquiry and providing a demo drive. Unfortunately he was not able to close the deal on a new CLA250e because his Business Manager would not increase the P/X on my A250e beyond £28000 despite the indicative valuation from Mercedes being £29400. I subsequently decided not to proceed and will be keeping my A250e for a little longer

The sales guy was extremely helpful but sadly the car we test drive had sold the evening before which he didn’t know about.There wasn’t another vehicle the same so we ended up purchasing from another Mercedes branch. Would consider Worcester in future though.

A good experience with coffee etc, BUT you could not supply a Bridgestone tyre I needed to pass the MOT. So, because it was late afternoon when you checked the tyres the day before the MOT your technical guy suggested I drive round Worcester at around 4pm trying to find a tyre. This is not what expect from you after 15+years as a loyal customer so, had to put two new Continental tyres on to pass the MOT even though I only needed ONE. This cost me an extra £150! Very poor this time and hope you improve for my service and, sort your tyre supplier to match the original tyres on my lovely 🚗 .
