Vehicle was returned for warranty repair which was carried out efficiently and honestly with good feedback as to the issues relating to the repair. Credit to the service department for this.

Excellent service

All staff , sales and service, courteous , friendly and helpful. A number of minor faults on my new ( used ) car which have been addressed or are being adressed as I go along. With an approved car it would have been better for these several minor faults to have been discovered and addressed before the vehicle was sold rather than me finding them out for myself after driving away. But, as I said, things are being attended to.

Very helpful advice and prompt action to deal with my problem

I am a disabled client who parks in Blue Badge space when I leave my car for MOT/Service but vehicle is never returned to a disabled space and with my poor mobility I struggle to find/access my vehicle as it can be parked a way from the disabled bays. My blue badge is always displayed in my windscreen.
