I had got a couple of queries and questions but was just told they can't discuss anything else and will gave to rebook the car in for any advice. 1, was that I need another key, can they do that? 2, air con needs looking at, how long would it need to be booked in for? As I need a car for work, to have to book it in to answer questions seems a bit excessive.
