Always happy with the service I get from mercedes. My car get picked up and dropped off and cleaned after..thats why I'm on my 2nd E.class and got my wife to have GLC. Always weight off my shoulders..thank you!

Very efficient and excellent customer service.At the time of drop off i was told it would be ready between 5-6pm. I asked if it could be a little earlier and i had a call under 3 hours which i was told was how long the service took. A slight miscommunication but i appreciate them trying to finish the car sooner, it just impacted on choices i made that day and could have saved a car journey. all good though.

MB WorcesterVery simply my car was collected for an MOT by one of the local drivers Trevor who is always polite and courteous. Ryan from the service team then kept in touch with me as appropriate informing me of two simple tasks that had to be addressed. Car back in a very timely manner, thank you

The booking platform on the website is not fit for purpose and is fundamentaly broken. In the end i had to phone to make a booking.
