Your service department is great although recent dealings with your sale team had lent me towards maserati for my next car which is a great shame because the cars are great

Very pleased with the job done. Car was ready long before we thought it it would be. All staff we dealt with were proffesional. Very good customer service.

Lovely experience. Nick Chuter was so pleasant, informative and not pushy at all. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

John Ayres was absolutely brilliant, he listened to what we wanted in terms of vehicle and budget, gave us endless options and suggested the best one for us which enabled us to purchase a brand new vehicle. Totally exceeded our expectations on the day right through to handover. 10/10. Hoping to continue this relationship which the brand and hope the great experience continues.

Handover couldn’t have been more seamless. A perfect handover to complete a wonderful experience at Mercedes. I’m so incredibly happy with my new car, all made possible by John Ayres. I never thought I’d be able to have my new car quite this soon, but John helped make it possible and I am over the moon. John is always super informative, down to earth and patient. The car went in with various lights on the dashboard but within the day they managed to detect the problem but had to ring around for the necessary part. On securing it they pressed on and I was able to have my car back the next day.
