Service team ( Whoopi Goldberg) and Contracts Manager provided first class service. The best I have experienced in a garage for many years.

Simon was extremely helpful in guiding me through my purchase of an A Class, he explained the service and maintenance packages to me but was in no way forceful. He made the whole experience very impressive and enjoyable too, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Simon and his team to friends and family.

Before my car was worked on, I needed to speak to someone first, eg, manager or alike, I had a few concerns with cost, I was told I would need to pay diagnostic charges, and that's Before my car was looked at, so I needed clarification before work started. It did not need a diagnostic check, for the work booked in for. I think Before anyone starts dictating prices, over the phone, I next time will discuss cost first. I had issues with the service paperwork also mot paperwork, it was confirmed the paperwork was a clerical error and was old paperwork to new being issued now, my example of errors, was all areas to be checked fir service and mot said N/A = not checked ? Very concerning, if I was to try and sell my car on. I'm going to say, on my visit. My concerns were dealt with. But, I don't feel when I come to mercedes Benz, that the service warrants the MB Star, the staff were nice, helpful, even got me a coffee whilst I waited to speak to someone. But I felt I could be in any other Brand of car showroom , not what I feel is or even was a prestigious Brand called Mercedes Benz. Maybe its just me ? Thank you for reading.
