service booking was polite & efficient but did not come across as particularly friendly. Detected some reluctance to collect & return vehicle but this was resolved and carried out in a friendly & efficient way on the day, as was the service itself!

Communication was weak between the dealership and myself , I did realise that the air bag replacement that was booked for the new year was happening at the same time as the service , causing me to sit around for longer than expected . Not the usual Experience I get from Mercedes’
