Throughout the purchase of my vehicle Matthew Heels the sales executive I dealt with was personable, helpful, very knowledgeable and patient. I was moving from a brand I loved to a brand I’ve had limited experience of. Matthew is extremely good at his job and got my business because his communication and style was excellent. He was not pushy but remained in contact with me to follow up and support me with any queries I had. I have not bought a used car for many years and was moving from a manual car to an auto and he made what seemed a daunting experience to one that was less so.
