I was not offered a courtesy car or a lift home whilst my car was being repaired so I had to walk to find a bus stop to get home. I also had a fair walk to get a bus to get somewhere near to the dealership. Then another mile walk from bus to actual dealership. A major problem created by building the dealership way out of town.
