Will who I dealt with was excellent. Very knowledgeable, worked around my needs and made sure car was spot before collection.

Booking could be better. In addition to a service and MOT I asked, at the time of booking to check the electric adjustment of the steering column, not working. I also mentioned a rattling near the passenger door. None of these had been put on the service request
