Although I was fairly happy with my experience regarding my car service what I wasn’t happy with was the fact that when booking my service and being given a price for the work I wasn’t told that my gearbox needed a oil change until my car was at the garage having its service and that it would be an extra £200 on top of what I thought was a high price for the cars service, I will add though that when I explained this to Ryan in the service department he was very helpful and even gave me a little discount.

Ryan Henley in the service department was, as always, excellent with his service levels, communication and professionalism. He is a credit to your organisation.

Service team ( Whoopi Goldberg) and Contracts Manager provided first class service. The best I have experienced in a garage for many years.

Simon was extremely helpful in guiding me through my purchase of an A Class, he explained the service and maintenance packages to me but was in no way forceful. He made the whole experience very impressive and enjoyable too, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Simon and his team to friends and family.
