More frequent updates during 2 1/2 hour service while waiting. Interior clean of car , whilst free, was poor.

It took many attempts to book a service online. There was a problem with the booking website. If I didn't need to get the car serviced I would have not bothered to keep trying

When service booked through the call centre two aspects were incorrectly notified to the Dealership - identified when car checked in - hence the 2 stars. When car checked in Brian at Lookers Worcester recovered the situation - much appreciated.

Even Though the email was seen I didn't get any reply from the dealership to communicate this

Appointed salesman not present during our visit, feeling completely ignored. Therefore we went to Wolverhampton where they treated us like kings.We chose an upgraded model(premium+) for very good conditions instead, delivery within a week instead of the standard premium we had to wait for.Very impressed with our salesman at Wolverhampton.Thank you Jat.
