My dealings with Mercedes Worcester has been first class. Excellent pleasant and welcoming staff from the Service Manager, Bill Forbes, down to the team at reception. Bill, Elaine, Peter and Emily are people I have dealt with personally. I have no doubt that others in the team equally share and uphold Lookers great standard of customer service. Only small problem was the receptionist did not have all the necessary paperwork ie the service sheet was missing and had to be printed at the time.

Was all very good, the only thing that let it down was that I was told I would recieve a phone call to tell me when my vehicle was completed and ready for collection, this never happened, I had to call to find out myself. When I collected my vehicle the person who handed my keys back apologised that my car had not been washed ..... I wasn't actually expecting it to have been washed, so ironically she raised my expectations and let me down at the same time.

Better communication when waiting in the lounge to have my car serviced. I waited 2.5 hrs. I subsequently found out that the service had been completed in 1hr 50 min. Nobody told me this. I just sat. I was not happy at the time but did get a full apology.
