From beginning to end the service and communication was absolutely superb. Considering I purchased the car over the internet without viewing the car - the outcome was even better than I had expected. The delivery took place a few days after the confirmed deal …….. driver was first rate. I would thoroughly recommend this company and it’s staff without reservation.

Ryan was excellent to deal with. Please pass on my thanks to him. We had to move the initial appointment, but that was done very amicably - and no problem for me. I didn't talk about a service plan, as the car is at the expiry of it's lease with MB Finance, and my service plan was finished at the end of the third year (of four).

Apart from the excellent cars, it’s the service we get from Ryan and his colleagues at Lookers, Worcester that has kept us as customers for 21 years +.

Hi there Overall service was good . However very disappointed to find that my extended warranty doesn’t cover intelligent light system and you expect me to pay over 1000 pounds for the complete head lamp. This is unacceptable, the intelligent light system has failed due to poor manufacturing parts, this isn’t my fault and should be covered under warranty. I have reported this to trading standards to see where I stand considering the huge sums of money I pay in warranty and service plans Thanks
