More attention to detail by the pdi team, the tyre pressures were incorrect also the setting of the tpms was not completed, I have since corrected these issues

When booking online it did not recognise that I had a service plan so I had to make several phone calls to explain this so made the booking process very stressful.

We set up service plan.initial service had to be rescheduled as service plan hadn’t been set up. When we took car in only service had been re booked no mot so have to take else where. No good at all!!

I want to share my bad experience with Mercedes-Benz of Wolverhampton. I found a new car (CLA 180, petrol fuel, for 33k price) online from Mercedes Benz co.uk website and saw that it is at Wolverhampton. I called them on 12 September. One of the salesman called me back and I told him that I am very interested in that particular CLA 180. I also told him that I am new in UK and living in Reading, and I don't know how to buy a car. He said that the car is there and if I can visit tomorrow and we can discuss. On 13 September, before visiting them I checked again the website and saw that the car moved to Worcester. I checked because it is very difficult to go to Wolverhampton from Reading by train/bus. Therefore I went to Mercedes Benz Worcester but when I arrived, the salesman in Worcester told me that he can not see the car online and they don't have any similar car. So, I missed the car.. The annoying thing is that although I told him (salesman in Wolverhampton) that i am new to UK and to buying car process, he did not told me that I can reserve the car online just for 99.5 GBP and nobody can buy it before i visit him. Because of this, I missed the car. Now, there is no new CLA 180 is available in whole UK. There is only one CLA200 petrol fuel with the price of 37.5k price. Therefore I have to go for a used one or go to another brand.
