I was not offered a courtesy car or a lift home whilst my car was being repaired so I had to walk to find a bus stop to get home. I also had a fair walk to get a bus to get somewhere near to the dealership. Then another mile walk from bus to actual dealership. A major problem created by building the dealership way out of town.

Extremely happy with service - a great improvement on our last purchase which was somewhat drawn out and lengthy.We came in, said what we would like and we accepted the deal after a bit of discussion over a few days . Thank you.

Sorry I cant comment in this box as there was nothing more you could have done apart from p-provide diet coke, thats all I can come up with as the service and staff were excellent
